Vitamin Sì? Vitamin Yes Please!

To travel to Capri is to travel to paradise. Each new jaw dropping sight threatened to rival the last. During our visit, we took a short, one hour boat trip (complete with its very own day bed - as pictured) around half the island, where we disembarked at Marina Piccola. Despite the early summer heat, a cool and refreshing breeze made it quite enjoyable to lounge about sunbathing and taking in the views. The statue of “Gennarino, O ‘Scugnizzo di Capri” (aka, the statue of welcome) and the silhouette of Mount Vesuvius were among the more exciting sights along the route.

When we got to Marina Piccola, we could hardly contain ourselves between the clear, blue waters and the opportunity to catch a few z’s while gaining a fabulous tan. A few of us jumped (hehe) at the chance to cowabunga off a few stray rocky boulders that dotted the shoreline when the adventurous itch needed to be satisfied. Between beautiful weather, gorgeous scenery, and fantastic friends, what more could you ask for?
